Support Update

Wow- just an update to say that by today even, God has faithfully provided enough money for the two things I specifically prayed for- my health insurance for the year and also my language school! I am now at 15% of my total needed support! REMINDER: If you send a check- remember not to put my name anywhere on the check!

Feelin' the Squeeeeze!

I've had many people ask most recently how the support raising and plans for this trip are coming. Well, it's starting to come along and the Lord has really re-assured me of His faithfulness. I do believe however, that I will be postponing my departure date until later in October. I don't want to feel rushed or panicked when I leave, and I want to allow time for my support account to fill up a bit before I will step out in faith and walk into the coming year. God is using this time to meet with me and check my motives, my preparedness, re-align me with Him and ask me to continue to press into Him in faith. Currently, I have about $600 raised and my goal is $6,500 by the time I leave.
